PRIVATE BREATH & MOVEMENT SESSIONS WITH STEVE

Work one on one with Steve to assess and improve the function of your breathing. Benefits include anxiety and stress reduction, better organ function, improved sleep and digestion, clarity of mind and brain function. We then bring in gentle movements to generate and stimulate energy flow with in and around the body. This promotes better circulation, health to the joints, and improvements in stability and balance creating a sense of inner calm and well-being. Connecting the breath and movement together.
Sessions with Steve are 1 hour.

PRIVATE YOGA CONSULT WITH DANIELLE

Get your own set of yoga movements woven into a mini 20-30min class to address specific health issues or body imbalances. Sessions are one hour long and include an assessment of what your body needs, a mini energetic balancing and a recording of your personal mini class, that you can take home and do daily.

Would you like a tailor-made program that you can maintain with ease and grace that supports you to live your best life? Work with Danielle to establish a nourishing program focussed on achieving all your health and wellness goals…

My approach is holistic, so rather than being limited to addressing singular health issues, I aim to work with the overall health and wellness of your entire being. In that process you will find the body heals things within its own priorities and specific issues, that are merely indicators of a body out of balance, will start to fall away.

My aim is to support you, with all the tools I have, to find the diet and lifestyle that will not only bring you continued good health, but also a sense of inner contentment and enjoyment. The minimum time commitment for working together, in a health coaching relationship, is 3 months. Over which time we work with a range of modalities. These may include, but are not limited to, diet (demonstrations and instructional videos on medicinal, traditional and whole food preparation); therapeutic yoga (working with meridians); meditation; breathing; qi gong; experiential astrology; and other healing and nourishing practices like ginger compressing, self-massage techniques and essential oils.

I will tailor appropriate routines and protocols that can weave easily into your current lifestyle, checking in as we go for tweaks and additions that take advantage of the successes we have along the way. Sessions can be online through zoom or in person at The Octagonal Space.

A three-month journey looks like this…
You complete a detailed questionnaire, and we begin with a comprehensive one-hour history taking. Here, I document your health journey so far, looking at what you’ve tried and identify what worked and didn’t work for you. We create a detailed picture of where you’re at with your health and wellness now and where you want to be (defining goals and desires).
From this information I put together the initial framework of your personal nourishing practice that will include dietary suggestions with recipes and product recommendations. A short, personalised, therapeutic movement sequence that will work to support your healing. Other relevant recommendations, like breathing or meditation practices may also be included in this phase. This is a 60-90 minute session, where I run through your plan with you and answer any questions that arise.
We then check in every fortnight. In this 45-60 min session we discuss how things are going, make appropriate adjustments to the programme and add further supportive practices as needed. These sessions are aimed to provide whatever support is required to assist your adoption of the protocols, minimise stress and maximise success.
